Job Description

This role will be responsible for the smooth coordination of EMEA Talent programs and global talent data analysis. The person will support the Director, Global Performance Management & EMEA Talent Development, in preparing for EMEA Teleflex Academy training programs and global leadership programs.

">

The responsibilities include coordinating and communicating the EMEA Teleflex academy calendar, providing excellent support, sound recommendations, and follow-up to all program participants. The individual will manage talent development programs, scheduling, updating, and maintaining schedules and rosters, reserving conference rooms, ordering supplies, and refreshments.

">

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, experience in Excel/Microsoft forms, PowerBI or Tableau, and great communication and storytelling skills. A bachelor's degree is required, and previous experience in data analytics is essential.

">

The individual should be able to handle multiple priorities, complete tasks/projects within agreed-upon deadlines, and work independently. They should also be self-motivated, able to collaborate and interact with various individuals, teams, and departments, and have MS Office proficiency.
