Overview

TN Ireland is seeking a Medical Device Expertise professional to join our Field Service team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide expert technical support and resolve complex instrument issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Complete investigations and resolutions of field complaints
  2. Generate systematic plans for troubleshooting and problem resolution
  3. Resolve hardware/software and workflow escalations at customer sites
  4. Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify root cause and develop solutions

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering discipline (Mechanical, System, Electrical, Biomedical Engineering or Software)
  • At least 3 years' experience in medical device instrumentation
  • Proven ability in IT, electrical, mechanical, fluidic and system engineering principles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
