Fixed Income Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Fixed Income Operations Specialist to join our team in Dublin. As a senior member of our EMEA FICC Operations team, you will be responsible for providing post-trade support for fixed income and securities trading partners.

The successful candidate will work closely with trading, sales, and clients globally to optimize settlement rates and reduce fails/breaks. They will also identify and implement process improvements, independently or with technology partnerships, and ensure allocation and settlement of securities for global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with trading, sales, and clients globally to optimize settlement rates and reduce fails/breaks
  • Identify and implement process improvements, independently or with technology partnerships
  • Ensure allocation and settlement of securities for global markets, taking necessary actions to eliminate market risk
