About the RoleThis senior leadership position involves overseeing the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring that residents receive exceptional care and service. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing policies and procedures that promote a safe and healthy environment for both staff and residents.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing management, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Post-registration management qualifications in health or a related field are also essential.
