Quality Manager Role Midlands Region

Cpl Healthcare is recruiting a Quality Manager for a full-time permanent position. The role will lead and implement quality initiatives across our nursing homes in the Midlands Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead quality assurance systems and audits across all homes
  • Mentor and support Persons in Charge (PICs) in clinical governance
  • Develop and implement policies aligned with national standards
  • Oversee safeguarding frameworks and risk management
  • Deliver training and promote a culture of learning and innovation
  • Provide strategic insights and reporting to senior leadership

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse with current NMBI registration
  • Postgraduate qualification in healthcare management or quality improvement (essential)
  • 3–5 years' experience in a healthcare quality or compliance role
  • Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and person-centred care
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
