Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced structural engineer to join our team. As a structural engineer, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing structural components for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Responsibilities include preparing detailed structural calculations, drawings, and specifications, collaborating with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to deliver high-quality designs, conducting site visits, inspections, and assessments to ensure compliance with design and safety standards, utilizing industry software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools, and ensuring projects adhere to relevant building regulations, codes, and industry standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in structural engineering design.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., Tekla, AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of Eurocodes and Irish building regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Chartered Engineer status (or working towards it) is an advantage.
