Plumbing Sales Representative

We are seeking a driven Plumbing Trade Sales Representative to join our client's growing team based in Dublin. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for building customer relationships and developing new business opportunities.
In this demanding yet rewarding role, you will work closely with plumbing contractors and installers to advise on solutions and ensure orders are completed accurately. Your primary objective is to increase the turnover and profit of the branch through the development of both existing and new customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.
- Advise customers on solutions and ensure orders are completed accurately.
- Process quotations & sales orders for customers.
- Identify, capture, and maximise new Sales opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 years+ experience working in a wholesale environment.
- Plumbing / Plumbing Trade counter experience is a distinct advantage with a good knowledge of typical plumbing products.
- Energy, drive, determination & resilience.
- A self-starter and self-motivated able to work under own initiative but also as part of a wider team.
- Punctual & excellent time management.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Confident telephone manner & team player.
- The candidate should be at ease with computerised sales order processing systems.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
