  • Develop and lead credit risk management strategies to drive business growth while ensuring regulatory compliance.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate credit risk across various asset classes and sectors.">
  • Design and implement effective credit risk models, including Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR) and EBA Loan Origination and Monitoring Guidelines.">

">">A minimum of 8 years' experience in credit risk management, with 1+ year at Director level or equivalent.">Strong background in retail and corporate credit risk across asset classes and sectors.">Recognised qualification in risk management and deep experience of regulatory requirements for credit risk.">Broad range of knowledge and understanding on wider commercial, business, and economic issues.">Proven track record in creating and deepening client relationships, identifying opportunities, and creating solutions.">Experience in leading complex projects and developing teams, with high-quality delivery in tight timescales.">Excellent interpersonal skills, drive, enthusiasm, and commitment.">Experienced in client-facing roles and engaging with senior stakeholders in organisations.">Solid understanding of model development, implementation, maintenance, and related frameworks.">">
