Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking individuals to join our team of customer service professionals. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building sustainable relationships of trust with customers, team members, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle high volumes of customer queries via telephone, ensuring all calls are answered in a positive manner and providing a great first impression to every contact.
  • Ensure day-to-day service delivery targets are met, dealing with all queries and requests in a timely, professional, and consistent manner.
  • Build rapport with customers, team members, and clients through open and interactive communication, using multiple systems to navigate each customer account and accurately record all contact interactions on systems in line with expected process.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a similar environment.
  • Being highly methodical with a thorough attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with all callers.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to stringent customer service SLA's and KPI's.
  • Demonstrating confidence and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Showing excellent PC (including the Microsoft suite, most notably Excel) and data entry skills.
  • Bringing a proactive attitude with the ability and ambition to develop role in the future.
