Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting directly to the General Manager and contributing to the smooth operation of a thriving bar and restaurant. With a strong focus on food and beverage, this establishment caters to weddings and events as well as everyday operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large teams and overseeing different departments within the business.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of Deputy General Management experience in a busy bar and restaurant setting, or equivalent experience in a similar position
  • Excellent leadership, management, organization, communication, and time management skills
  • Hands-on manager role ensuring seamless daily service operations
  • Liaising with suppliers and sales representatives to ensure high-quality products and ingredients
  • Ability to generate new ideas and concepts for revenue streams
