
Dutch Speaking Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our team in the Netherlands. This exciting role involves managing existing customer relationships, ensuring they derive maximum value from our solutions while maintaining and growing revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Focus on the existing customer base to ensure they are deriving maximum value from our solutions.
- Proactively manage and resolve any escalations to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Customer Value Management: Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention.
- Rewritten Renewal and Upsell Coordination: Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our solutions to customers.
- Proactive Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers through regular communication and issue resolution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with business objectives.
- Quotation and Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipelines and quotations to ensure accurate forecasting and revenue growth.
- Revenue Planning and Forecasting: Analyze sales data to inform revenue projections and drive business growth.
- Channel Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth.
- KPI Reporting and Market Analysis: Track key performance indicators and analyze market trends to inform sales strategies.
- A strong communicator with negotiation skills, confidently taking ownership of your territory.
- An empathetic person with a positive attitude and a desire to help customers reach their goals.
- Effective in managing your time and successfully managing your pipeline, as well as accurately forecasting revenue using our CRM tools.
- Able to work within a high-energy sales team environment and a desire to work collaboratively within the team for broader success.
- Interested in Cyber Security.
- Experience in sales, ideally within a channel environment in the software or technology industries.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive and professional communication skills, as well as excellent presentation skills.
- A college/university degree or equivalent work experience.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
