This role is responsible for overseeing trade compliance and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of global trade laws and regulations.

  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of trade compliance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless collaboration across departments.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Develop and implement effective compliance programs, identifying and mitigating risks related to export controls, sanctions, and OFAC regulations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing consultation and direction on trade compliance matters.
  • Audit and Review: Conduct thorough reviews of trade controls and compliance programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Support data collection and analysis for regulatory purposes, managing trade risk analysis and defining requirements for trade solutions.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field, with extensive experience in corporate, trade, or supply chain management, or equivalent experience.

Proven experience in trade compliance and supervising trade compliance professionals.

Basic knowledge of U.S. sanctions laws preferred.
