About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team at TN Ireland. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maximizing uptime and ensuring the process runs consistently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage production yield performance to maximize productivity and minimize yield loss.
  • Liaise with Team Leaders regarding productivity and efficiency performance issues.
  • Engage with support teams in troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software interfacing problems on the production floor.
  • Diagnose malfunctioning systems to reduce downtime or identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance and calibration activities on assigned lines/process.
  • Identify and assist the business with the implementation of technical improvements.
  • Support process equipment changes and continuous improvement projects.
  • Build quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance with site and corporate Quality Management System requirements.
  • Provide out-of-hours support as required by management or as mandated by shutdowns and/or equipment failures.
