About the Job:

As a Tool Maker, you will be responsible for manufacturing, repairing, and servicing tools, as well as maintaining moulds and ensuring the safety of the working area.

  • You will use your technical expertise to identify and solve problems related to flashing conditions, gating, venting, and cooling systems, improving the efficiency of our processes.
  • With your knowledge of machinery operation, you will ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
  • As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve the overall quality of our products.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in an Injection Moulding Environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with hot runner system maintenance and ability to work with complex machinery.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
