About the Role
Crosscare is a leading social care agency delivering services with a servant leadership ethos. Our teams support those most in need with love, respect, and excellence.

We are currently seeking a skilled Homeless Services Social Worker to join our team at Bentley House. As a key member of our residential service, you will play a critical role in providing critical support to adult men, women, and families experiencing homelessness.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implementing the case management system and engaging in one-to-one work with allocated case loads.
  • Building professional relationships with service users and families, treating them with dignity and respect.
  • Liaising with external service providers and advocating on behalf of clients.
  • Working effectively as part of a team and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Applied Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant employment working with a similar client group.
  • Additional training in Addiction, Mental Health, and Counselling preferred.
