Sterile Manufacturing Technician

A highly skilled and detail-oriented Sterile Manufacturing Technician is required to join our team. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art flexible line using isolator technology for filling of vials and syringes.

**Key Responsibilities**
As a Sterile Manufacturing Technician, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting commercial manufacturing for drug product manufacturing as well as product transfers and operational readiness activities of new products.
  • Performing recombination and pooling of drug substance; filling line set-up and sterile filling operations, equipment and line changeovers, and sampling in accordance with approved procedures prior to visual inspection activities.
  • Operating the parts washer and autoclave.
  • Root cause analysis of equipment and process problems, and implementing effective solutions, including preventive and/or corrective actions.


**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Previous experience in a highly regulated sterile filling facility.
  • Previous experience of syringe and vial sterile filling and visual inspection.
  • A high mechanical aptitude and capability.
  • Technical experience.
