Accommodation Team Member

As an Accommodation Team Member at our hotel, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.

  • We are looking for a flexible and organised individual who can ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Receive and service allocated bedrooms to the required standard.
  • Report maintenance faults and guest complaints to your supervisor or manager.
  • Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Keep designated corridors clean, clear, and free of obstacles.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and be flexible with working hours.
  • High level of customer service and interaction encouraged.
