Senior Hospitality Manager Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate for this role is a highly motivated and dynamic individual with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. With a minimum of 1 year of management or supervisory experience in a similar position, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing Front Office and F&B Breakfast teams.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee Front Office and F&B Breakfast teams to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest service.
  • Train team members on operational procedures and maintain high standards of performance.
  • Address guest queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Proactively plan for service, ensuring all departments are prepared based on business needs.
  • Monitor and ensure full compliance with health and safety standards and operational protocols.
  • Maximize sales and profitability by encouraging upselling, implementing incentives, and promoting services.
  • Maintain strong control over cash handling, credit policies, and inventory management.
  • Liaise with all hotel departments to deliver seamless and memorable guest experiences.
  • Handle multiple tasks effectively and provide support in various operational areas as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • A minimum of 1 year of management or supervisory experience in a similar position, ideally within a branded property.
  • Strong knowledge of Front Office and F&B breakfast operations.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
  • A working knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) systems such as Opera, OnQ, Micros, or similar.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and presentation standards.
  • Flexibility to work shifts across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
