Job Opportunity: Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled data analyst to join our team. This role involves conducting research, data mining, and reporting to help evaluate company performance metrics.

The ideal candidate will have experience with analyzing information, making judgments, and using standard procedures to solve problems.

The data analyst will work closely with other departments and IT groups to ensure successful project implementations. They will also be responsible for managing benchmarks and performance metrics.

This is an entry-level position that requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential.

Duties:
  1. Generate reports using aggregate data from a single source
  2. Review the accuracy of information provided and respond to requests from management and vendors
  3. Understand and work with scenario planning tools and models
  4. Investigate current trends in general business conditions
  5. Identify opportunities for small improvements among clients and the company
  6. Assist with the coordination involving personnel from other departments and information technology groups
  7. Manage the maintenance and reporting of benchmarks and performance metrics
  8. Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them
  9. Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values
  10. Impact the quality of own work
  11. Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
  12. Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding
