We are seeking a visionary leader to guide our organisation through its next chapter.
Our organisation has been delivering high-quality, person-centred supports to adults with an intellectual disability in North County Dublin and County Meath for over 40 years.
Our services are underpinned by strong values, deep community roots, and a passionate team of professionals. We create inclusive and supportive environments that celebrate each person's individuality and aspirations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership, management oversight, budget strategy, governance, external representation, organisational culture, and risk management.
This is a senior executive role reporting directly to the Board. The ideal candidate will have a level eight or higher qualification in social care, disability, health, management or a related area.
The successful candidate will also have significant relevant experience in a leadership or management role in social care, disability, corporate governance or related non-for-profit sectors.
Responsibilities will include leading people and culture, working with funders and regulators, making strategic decisions, influencing budgets, and resources.
Location: Skerries, Co. Dublin (with travel across Meath and Fingal)
Attractive Salary, commensurate with experience.
