We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in Duncrue. This is an exciting career opportunity offering an excellent working environment in one of the fastest growing plumbing and heating merchants in Northern Ireland.

The successful candidate will be a leader with the ability to take the business forward in line with objectives, target driven, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. They will also have effective people skills, experience with systems and procedures, and the ability to motivate and manage a team.

The key responsibilities for the role include continually improving branch sales and margin, ensuring all branch KPI's are achieved, mentoring and developing the team, delivering a high standard of customer service, and managing stock in line with sales.
