As a Senior SAP Solutioning Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing SAP solutions for our global clients. Your expertise in software architecture design principles, patterns, and best practices will enable you to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Analyzing business needs and creating technical blueprints for SAP solutions.
- Designing the overall architecture of IT systems to meet client requirements.
- Assessing and selecting appropriate technologies and platforms for SAP solutions.
- Creating and maintaining detailed plans, activities, and documentation for solution implementation.
- Providing expert advice and support to clients on various projects as needed.
- Supporting sales and pre-sales teams with technical expertise.
- Contributing to the development of relationships with SAP and ensuring that solutioning and architectural aspects meet requirements and best practice.
- Leading workshops to understand business processes and articulate best/standard practice.
- Developing and executing market strategies to drive profitable projects.
- Ensuring solutioning and architectural aspects meet requirements and best practice for key client engagements.
- Building strong business relationships with current and prospective clients and establishing innovations and growth opportunities for both clients and Capgemini.
- Influencing decisions and project direction at the executive level.
- Leading evaluation activities and business case development for Capgemini clients.
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members in SAP implementation methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Deep knowledge and experience in software architecture design principles, patterns, and best practices.
- High proficiency in SAP technology areas including non-functional requirements, solutioning, technology architecture, and infrastructure.
- Extensive experience as a SAP Solution Architect with multiple years of experience.
- Experience with multiple delivery methodologies, including Agile.
- Experience with the latest and emerging SAP technologies, including S/4HANA.
- Deep consulting and functional experience gained through completing multiple end-to-end project lifecycles.
- High-level understanding of SAP FICO, DTC, OTC, PTP, MDM, and Warehouse Business Operations in SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
- Collaborative spirit and customer-oriented attitude.
- Result-driven and focused on delivering quality.
- Willingness to travel across Europe as required by the role.
- SAP ECC to S/4HANA Technical conversion experience.
- SAP S4/HANA Certification.
