Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced dietitian to join our team as a senior dietitian in home enteral nutrition. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with adults requiring home enteral feeding and provide high-quality care and support.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive home enteral nutrition services to adults, delivering one-to-one care and support mainly in the home and in monthly clinics.
- Work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care for patients with complex needs.
- Collaborate with primary care teams and hospital colleagues to ensure cohesive care for adults with home enteral feeding.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Familiarity with enteral feeding is essential for this role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
