Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Pest Control Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of client relationships, and providing expert advice on pest control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance client relationships through excellent communication and service delivery.
  • Offer expert opinion and guidance to customers on all aspects of pest control, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed reports on every call, keeping clients fully informed of our actions on their premises.
  • Provide a complete solution to each customer's pest control problem, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
  • Present a professional image at all times, adhering to our company's high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have;

  • A valid full driving license.
  • No phobias or fears related to heights or pests.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills to effectively manage your workload.
  • The ability to engage with every customer, build rapport, and identify opportunities to generate new business.
