About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position based in the Dublin area, offering a competitive salary, generous annual leave, and an excellent benefits package. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of our Digital Project Delivery strategy.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent technical expertise, and experience in implementing BIM strategies. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the implementation of our Digital Project Delivery strategy across multiple projects
  2. Support the pre-construction team with tender document reviews
  3. Provide technical expertise in 3D BIM model federation and engineering checks
  4. Lead the DPD kick-off meeting with project management teams
  5. Mentor BIM Engineers as required

Requirements

  • Completed third-level qualification in construction, computing, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience working on multi-disciplinary projects with BIM Level 2 requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience utilizing Autodesk Revit, Viewpoints for Projects/Dalux (or similar CDE), Synchro Pro, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Lumion, and other rendering software packages
