  • Support the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) for content performance and contribute to the creation of dashboards and reports to track and measure KPIs regularly.
  • Identify and segment audiences based on behavior, preferences, and demographics to tailor content strategies and improve audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate content analytics into overall business strategies.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content analytics and recommend approaches to enhance the company's content strategy.
  • Contribute to the development of dashboards to support self-service analytics and fulfill ad hoc requests for content, product, and customer data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content analytics, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel; experience with Python or other programming languages is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data and insights clearly to various stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to work in a team environment.
