Job Summary
Camphill Communities Of Ireland is seeking a skilled Care Manager to lead our team in Stillorgan, Co Dublin. This permanent full-time position offers a competitive salary of €54,422 - €60,922 per annum, plus an on-call rate of €3,904.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of our residential and day services, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for our residents. They will work closely with staff and coworkers to develop and implement business plans, manage risk, and maintain excellent working relationships with external partners.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 5 years' experience in senior management roles within the health or social care sector. A postgraduate qualification in Social Care Management or a related field is desirable. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality person-centered support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our residential and day services.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff and coworkers to deliver excellent care and support.
  • Develop and implement business plans to ensure the sustainability and growth of our services.
  • Maintain effective relationships with external partners, including the HSE and other agencies.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in senior management roles within the health or social care sector.
