Gynaecology Nursing Specialist

This role is focused on delivering high-quality nursing care as a specialist in the field of gynaecology. The successful candidate will work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing patient-centred care that meets the needs of patients and families.
About the RoleAs a Registered Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering specialist nursing care and working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery. This will involve delivering care that is aligned with the five core concepts set out in the Framework for the Establishment of Clinical Nurse Specialist posts.
- Delivering high-quality specialist nursing care
- Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing specialist nursing care that meets the needs of patients and families
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless service
In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be required to:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of nursing practice
