Senior Electrical Engineer Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to lead and develop a site Electrical Maintenance program. This 12-month contract is based onsite in Mayo.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a structured Electrical (preventative/predictive) Maintenance Program for the site, in compliance with European Electrical standards & ETCI rules & Regulations.
  2. Act as the site Electrical systems SME and oversee the upkeep of electrical systems.
  3. Develop a site electrical hierarchy architectural A-CAD drawing, identifying from incomer to lowest level sub boards; maintain consistent labeling and implement PMs for all panels & distribution boards.
  4. Develop a site life support systems hierarchy architectural A-CAD drawing, identifying top-tier to lowest-level sub boards, including Emergency lighting, fire alarm, O2 detection, and LEL systems; maintain consistent labeling and implement PMs.
  5. Manage and coordinate site efforts during electrical power down/up to ensure GMP & safety compliance with minimal site disruption.
  6. Develop and maintain an Electrical systems Maintenance SOP aligned with European Electrical standards.
  7. Ensure electrical systems are maintained/upgraded per European standards and regulations.
  8. Represent the electrical program during FM Global inspections.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering, or a National Craft Certificate in Electrical Engineering with a Degree in Management.
