We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physician to join our team as a Hospital@Home Physician in Galway. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients.

Your primary responsibility will be to review doctor-led patients, provide expert clinical advice, and work closely with our nursing staff to ensure seamless care delivery.

You will also be expected to maintain effective communication with our referral consultants, ensure accurate documentation, and participate in performance reviews.
