Infrastructure Control Manager

At Design Build Search, we're seeking an experienced Infrastructure Control Manager to join our Capital Delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project controls, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. With a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects, you will be responsible for developing and implementing project control processes and procedures to effectively manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality on infrastructure projects.
You will work directly with our clients' infrastructure clients to help create innovative insights and solutions to meet their needs. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders.
The successful applicant will have experience in consulting or similar client-facing roles and expert knowledge of planning software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent planning software. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyse complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
The job also involves monitoring project costs and expenditures, tracking budget variances, and providing timely analysis and reporting to support informed decision-making. You will conduct regular progress meetings and presentations to update project stakeholders on project status, key milestones, and performance metrics.
