As a key member of the finance team, you will take on a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise day-to-day accounting operations for a high-performing finance team
  • Review and present monthly management accounts for multiple entities within the group
  • Budgeting and forecasting: develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts, maintaining company cash flows
  • Coordinate and prepare monthly reporting packs for senior stakeholders
  • Oversee the annual audit process for the group, liaising with audit partners and ensuring compliance with audit standards
  • Manage relationships with external partners
  • Overall responsibility for stock control across all franchises within the Group
  • Liaise with external tax consultants to ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations

Additional responsibilities include managing relationships with external partners, overseeing audits, and maintaining company cash flows.

Requirements:
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior financial management role
  • Experience with ROI tax and compliance is advantageous
  • Proven experience in management reporting, financial reporting, budgeting, and managing audits
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to present and work closely with senior stakeholders
