We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will work closely with clients across various industries, providing expert tax advice and solutions.
- Meet with clients regularly to understand their tax needs and provide tailored advice.
- Draft client advice letters and memos, working under the guidance of senior management.
- Provide expert advice on complex tax matters, including succession planning for family businesses, residence implications for individuals, and sale of business transactions.
- Assist with tax due diligence, liaison with relevant authorities, and representation on appeals.
- Research and prepare tax computations, income tax returns, and capital gains tax valuations.
- Supervise junior professionals and participate in internal training sessions.
About You:
- A Chartered Tax Adviser or professional accountancy qualification.
- At least 1-2 years post-qualification experience in personal or corporate tax.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and interpretative skills.
