Job Overview

We're seeking a talented manager to lead our financial reporting solution within our expanding outsourcing team. This role promises challenging, engaging, and rewarding work in an innovative and forward-thinking environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients
  • Provide high-standard client services, predominantly with internationally active clients
  • Execute client engagements and technical queries in an efficient and professional manner
  • Opportunity to work with partners and directors on firm-wide engagements
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other RSM member firms on cross-border projects and business development initiatives
  • Contribute to the operational management of the financial reporting team, including certain business development initiatives
  • Provide mentorship to junior staff and contribute to attracting, developing, and retaining top talent for the firm

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a motivated, ambitious, and confident individual who seeks a fresh challenge with a rapidly expanding firm. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualified ACA or ACCA accountant with at least three years PQE
  • Strong technical experience of Financial Reporting Standards in UK and Ireland (FRS 102) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • Commercially focused with good practice development and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with accounting software packages along with Microsoft applications
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Team player with experience in managing staff
