Cpl Resources - Science & Engineering is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Coordinator to join their team in the Supply Chain department.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry and will be responsible for coordinating customer or regulatory driven artwork and packaging changes for existing products, as well as coordinating the review and approval of artworks for new product launches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Raise change controls for updating existing artwork or introducing new artwork.
  • Liaise with component suppliers and packers to obtain keylines and proofs.
  • Liaise with customers to technically approve and obtain approved artwork.
  • Liaise with the Regulatory department to ensure compliance with implementation dates of updated artwork components.
  • File and control all current artworks.
Requirements:
  • Up to 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong organisational skills, with ability to prioritise tasks appropriately.
  • High attention to detail in planning and administration tasks.
  • Relevant qualification desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills / ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and confident to deal with a wide range of stakeholders/suppliers daily and build strong business relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
