  • Facilitate high-needs individuals, creating positive opportunities for change.
  • Promote dignity, ensuring safe environments, and addressing challenging behaviors.

Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a genuine interest in teamwork and delivering high-quality care are essential. A working knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations is required. IT skills are desirable.

Requirements

A full driver's license, Irish Garda Vetting, and Reference checks are mandatory. Overseas Police Clearance may be required.
