Occupational Therapy Role
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our hospital team in Naas General Hospital, Kildare.
As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will provide assessment, planning, implementation and review of treatment / intervention programmes for service users. You will work collaboratively with service users, family, carers and other staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individualised treatment needs
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans that promote optimal health outcomes
- Collaborate with inter-professional teams to achieve seamless patient care transitions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans and progress notes
Requirements:
- Professional registration as an Occupational Therapist with CORU
- Permission to practice in Ireland
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic healthcare environment
