Job Opportunity: Credit Account Specialist

A key role within our organization has arisen for an experienced Credit Account Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in credit control, preferably within a small to medium-sized enterprise (SME). Experience with accounts management software such as Sage is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, allocating cash receipts against invoices, and issuing customer statements. They will also be involved in the collection of amounts due from customers on a timely basis and checking customer credit eligibility.

The Credit Account Specialist will work closely with the accounts and engineering teams to answer customer queries and implement changes to our accounts management system.

The role involves running month-end reports to close each month and ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
