Senior Quality Control Specialist

Description
A graduate quality coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained throughout the construction phase. They work closely with the quality manager to implement project quality processes and procedures, and support audits for compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and the quality management system.
Key responsibilities include coordinating the implementation of project quality processes and procedures, supporting project quality audits, monitoring the closeout of issues and defects, analysing trends in project quality statistics, maintaining and updating project quality documentation, updating and issuing weekly project quality reports, and coordinating and liaising with all parties involved in a construction project.
The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate of a level 7 or level 8 qualification in a quality-related field, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They will also be flexible and adaptable, quality-focused, highly collaborative, ambitious, and hard-working with a can-do attitude.
