We are seeking a seasoned site management professional to lead our team in delivering complex construction projects.

About the Role
  • This position involves overseeing on-site operations, coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring quality control.
  • You will work closely with our project team to track progress and meet programme milestones.
  • Responsibilities also include maintaining compliance with Health & Safety regulations and fostering a safe working environment.
Your Background
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in site management, preferably in residential construction projects.
  • a third-level qualification or trade certification is required, backed by a solid understanding of construction trades and processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant project management software is essential.
  • You should be able to manage priorities effectively in fast-paced environments.
