About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced RC Frame Foreman to work on a landmark development in Dublin 8. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the performance of sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations, and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate RC Frame sub-contractor performance
  • Coordinate cranes, deliveries, and logistics on site
  • Maintain accurate records of extra works and variations
  • Evaluate and understand all drawings and specifications
  • Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations, and good building practice

Requirements

  • 5 years' experience as a Foreman in a similar role
  • Strong RC Frame build experience essential
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
