  • We are seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to manage vendor services in support of clinical trials.
  • You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies to ensure vendor compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate vendor activities, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation plans.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for managing vendor contracts, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring that vendors meet quality and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as life sciences or business.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical operations, with a focus on vendor management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
