Our company is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with experience in the electrical sector to oversee commercial projects in Dublin.
This role requires a strong leader who can develop and implement project strategy, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication.
- Provide overall site management, coordination, planning, and specification of business proposals.
- Own the delivery of Electrical projects to time, quality, and budget constraints.
- Prepare reports, specifications, and technical analysis to define design requirements, equipment, and services.
- Coordinate electrical design.
- Review project scope and ensure schedule and budgets are effectively managed.
- Drive improvement through constant review and analysis.
- Ensure all stakeholders are kept up-to-date with progress.
- Manage contracts to ensure they are fit for purpose, cost-effective, and incorporate appropriate Service Level Agreements.
We require a candidate with at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Electrical sector, holding a degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, project management experience, and the ability to negotiate construction, procurement, and labour contracts.
