The Graduate Accountant role at Marco Beverage Systems Ltd is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to develop their accounting expertise in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

As part of the finance team, you will support day-to-day accounting activities and month-end processes while gaining hands-on experience working with our US company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Accounting & Reporting: Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and maintain general ledger accuracy.
  • Management Accounting: Support the preparation of monthly management accounts and key reports for leadership teams. Analyse variances and provide commentary on production costs, overheads etc.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and payment runs while ensuring compliance with payment terms. Check & Process all Global Employee Expenses

Additional responsibilities include supporting ESG sustainability reporting, VAT POE and reconciliations to ROS reports, and assisting with ad hoc finance projects, process improvements, and system implementations.
