We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our Global Supply Chain organization as Vice President of Financial Operations.
This role involves leading a global finance team, managing financial reporting and control environments, and providing financial data and analyses for decision support and strategic direction.
Responsibilities will include championing strong financial management across 16 plants and 24+ distribution centers, collaborating with corporate and division finance units, as well as plant controllers.
You will drive key business and financial trends, develop action plans, and position the company for profitable growth and efficiency.
You will be responsible for the Global Supply Chain P&L, balance sheet, and inventory controls, as well as costing.
Key performance measures and tracking systems will be maintained and developed for each site to measure P&L results, capital, inventory, and cost savings projects.
Audit functions will be performed to ensure reporting systems and processes are followed consistently and within company policies.
Compliance efforts, including internal control and ethics policies, will be led.
You will drive the finance transformation roadmap through continuous improvement, guidance, and solutions for complex financial issues.
A proven finance leader with 15+ years of experience in global, manufacturing-driven organizations is required.
