We are seeking a talented Sustainability Professional to drive sustainable solutions and deliver exceptional results.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual who shares our values of sustainability, energy efficiency, and building performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective building performance modelling strategies using NEAP, Energy and Carbon analysis.
  • Create and oversee compliance strategies for Building Regulations (TGD L and NZEB).
  • Communicate and deliver best practices, requirements, and guidelines to the project team.
  • Lead design management for green buildings targeting certifications and sustainability strategies.
  • Develop comprehensive sustainability reports and drawings as necessary.
  • Present project strategies and requirements to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Research and stay up-to-date with the latest sustainability trends and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Degree in Building Engineering, Sustainability, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficiency in IES software for NEAP modelling, Energy Modelling, Daylight and Thermal Analysis.
  • Familiarity with LEED and BREEAM rating systems.
  • Excellent communication, research, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English language.
  • LEED Accredited Professional is beneficial.
