About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a skilled Automated Test Equipment Development Engineer. We are looking for an individual who has experience in designing and assembling automated test fixtures, with a strong focus on quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and assemble automated test fixtures, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards (CE marking).
- Improve existing test fixture designs to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Create requirements and robust designs to meet business needs, while developing validation and verification plans which ensure test fixture functionality and reliability.
- Analyse test data to determine and eliminate root causes of issues using sound engineering principles.
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience in a test fixture development role.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering technical discipline.
- Strong manufacturing, mechanical/electromechanical/automation design skillset.
- Knowledge and experience with programming languages such as LabVIEW, C, C++, C#.
