Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of product designers across established product areas, driving innovation and usability improvements.
  • Mentor designers in craft, critique, and problem-solving while stepping into design execution when needed.
  • Drive the UX vision and execution of a platform that supports and enhances product lines—simplifying complex systems into clear experiences.
Requirements
  • Able to integrate or critically think about AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • 8+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise or technical design work.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and growing designers, with proven ability to coach, critique, and hold a high bar for design quality.
