We are seeking a highly experienced corporate lawyer to join our team. As a senior member of our corporate group, you will work closely with colleagues across various practice groups to advise on complex corporate transactions and provide high-quality legal advice.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in dealing with a wide range of legal issues, including drafting corporate documentation, conducting due diligence projects, and advising on risk mitigation measures.
You will work on multijurisdictional, high-value, and complex transactions that require strong commercial awareness and a client-focused service orientation. You will also develop strong working relationships with partners and lawyers in various jurisdictions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and adaptable individual who can balance competing priorities and manage deadlines effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on complex corporate transactions, including drafting corporate documentation and conducting due diligence projects
- Work closely with colleagues across various practice groups to deliver high-quality legal advice
- Develop strong working relationships with partners and lawyers in various jurisdictions
- Manage competing priorities and meet deadlines effectively
Requirements
- Qualified as a solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England and Wales
- Excellent academics and demonstrable corporate experience
- Strong commercial awareness and client-focused service orientation
- Ability to review, analyse, and organise documentary evidence
- Excellent writing and organisation skills
