This role is responsible for driving innovation, shaping product strategy, and leading a team of Technical Product Owners/Analysts across diverse regions and business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a multi-region team in managing regional priorities while considering global platform plans and vision.
  • Drive cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for standardization and drive platform vision and product delivery with measured business impact.
  • Engage with key stakeholders at global and regional levels to ensure a cohesive product vision and strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in global programs and defining vision considering regional needs.
  • Strong leadership mindset and exceptional people and stakeholder management skills.
